All bookings are subject to availability of hotels and services at the time of confirmation.
Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof during travel and hotel check-in.
Standard hotel check-in 02:00 PM and check-out 12:00 PM. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
Non-AC rooms will be provided in Ooty & Wayanad considering the hill station climate.
The vehicle will operate from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM as per itinerary. Any additional usage or sightseeing will be charged extra.
Sightseeing is subject to time availability, weather conditions, and local regulations.
Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, or government levies will be charged additionally.
Meals will be served as a buffet or fixed menu depending on hotel occupancy.
The company is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to natural calamities, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
