The Panchakarma Detox Programme is a traditional Ayurvedic body purification therapy designed to eliminate toxins and restore internal balance. This holistic treatment combines five core procedures—Vamana, Virechana, Vasti, and Nasya—along with supportive therapies to rejuvenate the body and mind. Suitable for both preventive care and disease management, the programme enhances immunity, improves digestion, and promotes overall well-being. It also includes specialized therapies like Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi, and Shirodhara to deeply nourish tissues and relieve stress. Over 7 nights, the programme gradually detoxifies, revitalizes, and restores harmony within the body.

Minimum stay of 7 days is mandatory for the Panchakarma programme.
Detailed consultation and body constitution (Prakriti) analysis will be conducted on arrival.
Treatment plans and herbal medications will be customized based on individual body condition.
Treatments may vary depending on the body’s response and physician’s advice.
Two treatment sessions will be provided daily as per the prescribed schedule.
Guests are advised to strictly follow the prescribed diet and wellness routine.
