All bookings are subject to availability of hotels and services at the time of confirmation.
Check-in time is 02:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM for all hotels; early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Accommodation in Coorg, Wayanad, Ooty, and Kodaikanal will be Non-AC rooms due to climatic conditions.
The vehicle will be provided strictly as per itinerary from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM; usage beyond these hours will be charged extra.
Any additional sightseeing, route deviation, or extended usage of the vehicle will be payable directly.
Meals provided (breakfast/dinner) are subject to hotel occupancy; in case of low occupancy, a fixed set menu will be served instead of buffet.
Children below 5 years are complimentary without an extra bed; any additional requirements will be charged.
All rates are net, non-commissionable, and on a per person basis.
The package does not include any personal expenses such as tips, laundry, beverages, or telephone charges.
Airfare, train tickets, and entry fees (unless specified) are not included in the package cost.
Guests are requested to carry valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
The company shall not be responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or traffic issues.
