  • Uzhichil Therapy (Medicated Oil Massage)
  • A traditional full-body massage performed with warm, herbal-infused oils using rhythmic and synchronized strokes.
  • This therapy works deeply on the muscles and soft tissues, helping to improve blood circulation and enhance oxygen flow throughout the body. It aids in loosening tight muscles, reducing stiffness, and relieving physical fatigue, making it highly beneficial for those with sedentary lifestyles or chronic body pain.
  • Beyond physical relaxation, Uzhichil also supports detoxification by stimulating the lymphatic system, allowing the body to eliminate accumulated toxins more efficiently. Regular sessions help improve skin texture, strengthen the nervous system, and restore overall vitality, leaving the body feeling lighter, more flexible, and energized.
  • Navara Kizhi (Herbal Rice Bundle Therapy)
  • A unique rejuvenation therapy where warm bundles of medicated rice and herbs are gently pressed and massaged over the body. This treatment is highly nourishing and is known for its ability to revitalize weakened muscles and tissues.
  • The warmth of the therapy allows the herbal properties to penetrate deeply, helping to improve muscle tone, enhance joint mobility, and strengthen the body from within.
  • Navara Kizhi is particularly effective in restoring energy levels and combating fatigue, making it ideal for those recovering from stress or physical exhaustion. It also promotes better circulation and supports tissue regeneration, giving the body a renewed sense of strength, stability, and endurance over time.
  • Taila Shirodhara (Medicated Oil Flow Therapy)
  • A deeply calming therapy where a continuous stream of warm herbal oil is gently poured over the forehead in a steady rhythm. This process works directly on the nervous system, helping to reduce stress hormones and calm mental agitation.
  • It is highly effective in improving sleep quality, reducing anxiety, and enhancing mental clarity.
  • Taila Shirodhara also helps in balancing the mind-body connection, making it beneficial for individuals experiencing stress, burnout, or irregular sleep patterns.
  • The therapy nourishes the scalp and stimulates nerve endings, promoting relaxation while supporting cognitive function.
